About the Boosters

"Helping to enrich lives in our Cougar community."

Who we are

Empowering, supporting, and elevating Center High School students since day one.

Our Mission

Empower, Support & Elevate

To empower, support, and elevate the students of Center High School and the surrounding district by uniting parents, faculty, alumni, and local business partners to fund critical academic resources, student enrichment programs, scholarships, and facility enhancements.

Our Vision

Equitable Access & Opportunities

A thriving, connected school community where every Center Cougar has equitable access to the financial, educational, and developmental resources needed to succeed academically, grow personally, and reach their full potential.

The Center Cougar Boosters is a registered non-profit organization comprised of dedicated parents, faculty, alumni, community members, and local business owners. Our primary mission is to enhance the educational, developmental, and extracurricular experiences of students attending Center High School and the surrounding district.

Through community engagement and coordinated fundraising efforts—such as our volunteer programs at the Wheatland Amphitheater—we generate vital financial support for our schools. We provide direct funding and grants for student enrichment activities, including A.P. testing fees, physical education equipment, yearbooks, cap and gowns, and educational field trips.

Furthermore, we empower our community by providing structured opportunities for parents and guardians to volunteer and earn funds. These earned contributions can be directly applied on behalf of their student to offset the costs of school-related enrichment programs, or they can be donated back to the Boosters to support broader facility upgrades and educational grants. By working together, we strive to ensure that every Center Cougar has the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.

How the volunteer-to-earn model works

We empower our community by providing structured opportunities for parents and guardians to volunteer and earn funds.

  1. 1

    Volunteer at Booster events

Sign up for coordinated fundraising efforts—such as our volunteer programs at the Wheatland Amphitheater—that generate vital financial support for our schools.
  2. 2

Earn funds on your student's behalf

The funds you earn are credited to your student's account (your TBD funds), so the time you give directly benefits your Cougar.
  3. 3

Spend on enrichment — or donate back

Apply your earnings to offset the cost of school-related enrichment programs, or donate them back to the Boosters to support broader facility upgrades and educational grants.

Need to request reimbursement or funding using your earned TBD funds?

Submit a TBD Funds Request

When we meet

We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the school library, online, or another available venue. Members and prospective members are always welcome.
